Hotel Asset Management
- Hotel operator and/or tenant selection (operator, management, franchise or lease agreement negotiations including rental levels);
- Preparation of hotel business plan;
- Advice on senior management recruitment (GM, DOF, D S&M);
- Pre-opening and first years operational support;
- Preparation of operating standard procedures for all hotel’s departments;
- Accounting adjustment to USALI standards (Uniform System of Accounts for Lodging Industry);
- Budget preparation by USALI principles;
- Operational audits/implementing corrective actions;
- Conducting trainings for senior management and employees.
