Dorota Malinowska

Dorota is a co-founder of Pro Value and is in charge of hospitality sector. Her blend of experience and skills puts Dorota in a unique position to guide hotel investors through the investment, development and management maze across the hotel real estate cycle.

Dorota is in charge of hospitality sector. Her prime role is to:

– negotiate management, franchise and lease agreements with hotel operators,
– perform hotel feasibility studies,
– prepare valuations for hotels in operation and in pre-development stage
– provide advice on hotel day-to-day operations

She has more than 20 years experience managing the finance department and supervising operating procedures in renowned Warsaw hotels, performing valuations for Polish and international banks, developers, hotel operators and private investors. She has advised clients on multiple projects covering hotels, apart-hotels and condo-hotels. Her blend of experience, knowledge and skills puts Dorota in a unique position to guide hotel investors and owners through the investment, development and management maze across the hotel real estate cycle.
She is also one of very few experts in preparing professional valuation reports of hotel properties in Poland, which provide supportable estimates of market value.

She started her hospitality career in Warsaw Marriott hotel in June 1992, where she held various positions from an accountant, a general cashier, through a treasury supervisor, an accounting office manager, to an assistant financial controller. She continued to develop her skills at Orco Hotel Project sp. o.o as a financial director, where she was responsible for setting up and running the Finance Department of Le Regina Hotel and Diana Residence Hotel in Warsaw.
Having gained 14 years of experience working within financial and operational industry Dorota decided to start her own business, Prime Crew. The company focused on hospitality market, providing HR, financial and advisory services. Dorota has cooperated with Cushman & Wakefield, which she joined in 2008 as a Head of the Hospitality Department, undertaking a range of specialist instructions across Poland varying from valuation, investment & development to hotel operator selection.

Dorota graduated with M.Sc. from the Warsaw School of Economics. She has also completed numerous international professional courses on leadership, management and personal skills development such as ”Navigating through change”, „7 habits”, „Foundation of Leadership”, „Developing you / developing others”.
