Jacek Kozioł

Jacek is a co-founder of Pro Value actively involved in all areas of specialist property consultancy and advice. For the past few years he has been intensely developing himself in the hospitality sector.

Jacek is actively involved in all areas of specialist property consultancy and advice with a focus on transaction advisory, market research, property valuation, analyses using advanced econometrics tools, reporting and database management. For the past few years he has been intensely developing himself in the hospitality sector. The hotel database he has built and maintained is recognized as the most complete on the market.

He had his first professional experience as an apprentice and intern in the Poviat Starost Office in Sieradz, Department of Geodesy, Cartography, Cadastre and Property Management; the Warsaw Stock Exchange; Promotion and Information Office; Cushman & Wakefield, Property Management Department; BZ WBK Investment Fund Company in Arka BZ WBK Property Market Fund FIZ.

He developed his real estate career working with PEKAO Bank Hipoteczny S.A, the Department of Determining Mortgage Lending Value in 2010. His primary duties were providing estimation of the value of properties securing loans, preparing market analyses and maintaining property data bases.

In 2011 Jacek joined Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was involved in market analyses for developers, development companies and investment funds, assisting in performing valuation reports according to the Polish and international standards for banks, developers, hotel operators and private investors, both domestic and foreign. He also managed property data bases. In 2012 he joined Prime Crew, a consultancy firm specializing in hospitality sector, where he was responsible for preparing market analysis, feasibility studies, designing reporting system and the company’s databases.

His background in a small city public institution, a large banking company and a renowned international real estate consulting firm has given him a unique perspective on the business environment as well as the flexibility and ability to adapt proactively Client’s strategies to the needs of the changing real estate market.

Jacek holds a Master’s degree from University of Łódź, Faculty of Economics and Sociology with specialization in Spatial Economy and Finance and Banking as well as postgraduate qualifications in property valuation. He is also the two-time finalist of Global Management Challenge contest – Euromanager Poland.

Jacek is the member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and CCIM Institute.
