Jerzy Dobrowolski

Jerzy is the president and co-founder of Pro Value. He brings with him a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience spanning over 20 years.

Jerzy is one of the most highly respected and experienced real estate valuers in Poland. He played an important role in laying the foundations for performing property valution on the Polish emerging commercial real estate market. In 1991 he launched first training courses on the methods of estimating market value of real estate.
Jerzy’s core responsibilities are:

– to support strategic direction of the company as well as its organizational values and ethical standards
– to provide mentoring support to the team members
– to verify and certify the performed valuation reports

He started his real estate career in 1991 at Properties Poland International, one of the first property consultancy firm on the Polish market with foreign capital. He was responsible for the growth of its Warsaw office until 1994. In 1995 he joined Healy & Baker, which later merged with Cushman & Wakefield. From 2002 to 2012 he served as a member of the board of Cushman & Wakefield. During his 10 years working in the company he held variety of roles and responsibilities. His hard work and dedication to his clients and the industry have propelled him to the head of Advisory & Valuation department .

During over 20 years experience on real estate market, Jerzy was providing and supervising valuation services for both Polish and international companies, banks, developers and investors. He advised in restructuring and optimization of real estate portfolios, including properties of RUCH and PKP. He also provided specialist advice in verification and update of RPU (right of perpetual usufruct) fees.
