Monika has 16 years of professional experience in commercial real estate with the focus on retail property. She specialises in both retail landlord and tenant representation services advising on lease agreements. She has successfully advised on retail property developments exceeding 400,000 sq m.

She gained her experience working at Cushman &Wakefield from 1997 to 2007. In years 2007 – 2009 she is involved in the expansion of retail fashion chains Charles Voegele and Takko Holding GmbH. Since 2010 Monika has been cooperating with Citrus Sp. z o.o, retail property management company on its Marino and Ferio shopping centers. She also advises retail brands on their high street expansion including the chain Friends – taste your time.

She graduated from Fontys Hogescholen’s (Univeristy of Applied Sciences) in Eindhoven, the Netherlands with BA in Law, Management and Economy.
