Paweł has 8 years’ experience in commercial real estate, specializing in market analysis and valuation. His main focus in on the retail properties.

His experience with the real estate market began in 2007 when he started to work for Ernst & Young (EY) in the Real Estate Advisory Team in Warsaw, where he spent more than 4 years advancing from an intern through consultant to the level of senior. He conducted mainly property valuations and market analyses, but also prepared market databases for banks, feasibility studies and created valuation models for mass valuation. At senior level, he coordinated also portfolio valuations for key clients.

In 2012 Paweł joined Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was preparing valuations of large commercial properties and investment land according to the Polish and international standards for banks, developers, and private investors, both domestic and foreign.

In 2013 and 2104 he worked as a Project Manager in Investment Department of Polish National Railway company (PKP S.A.), where he was preparing the land owned by the company in Łódź, Kraków and Gdynia for Joint Venture commercial development projects. He was responsible also for the cooperation with all stakeholders of the investment process.
Paweł conducted valuations of retail, office and industrial properties as well as investment land. He dealt with valuations of individual large projects as well as with portfolios of properties with the value of ca. 1 bln PLN.

In July 2016 he joined Pro Value team.

Paweł graduated in the Marketing and Management with specialty of Property governance at Warsaw School of Economics .Ha also postgraduated in Property Management and Property Valuation and is a Polish licensed valuer (licence no. 6501). Currently he it at the end of PhD studies at Warsaw School of Economics conducting the research in the field of impact of retail properties on development of medium towns in Poland.
