Klaudia Woźniak

Klaudia has 15 years experience in commercial real estate with the focus on retail property.

Klaudia joined Pro Value in 2014. She is involved in building and maintaining relationships with retail chains operating in Poland and in the commercialization of retail facilities.

Klaudia has 15 years experience in commercial real estate, which she gained working in international real estate advisory firms (C&W, CBRE, Colliers) and in Switzerland-based Charles Voegele advising on its expansion in Poland and the Czech Republic.

Klaudia was responsible for commercialisation of various shopping centres including Zlote Tarasy in Warsaw, M1, Tesco and Carrefour. She also participated in the acquisition of the portfolio of Fashion House outlet centres and the disposal of 3 Stawy Shopping Centre in Katowice.

Klaudia is a graduate of Poznan University of Economics, Faculty of Management, Department of Investment and Real Estate. She also completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation as well as numerous negotiation skills, finance and sales training courses.
